The best way to start your yoga class is by being prepared!  Here’s what to bring:

 
Yoga Mat

Don’t have one?  No worries!  You can purchase one at the studio for $20 – $27.

Towel(s)

At least one big towel – two is even better.  And if you forget yours, they are available to rent at the studio.


Water

Either bring your own bottle (we offer filtered water at the studio) or buy a bottle at the studio.

Light Clothing

Light weight clothing that allows for flexibility and movement (and you don’t mind getting sweaty in).


Some additional hints to be prepared for a hot yoga class:

 
Hydrate

Arrive at the studio well hydrated. Drinking water during class will not fully rehydrate your body.

Stay Nourished

Make sure you’re well nourished, but avoid coming to class with a full stomach.
