Greetings to Our Beautiful Yoga Community:
We understand if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, fearful and possibly exhausted as you navigate through these times.  We feel you because we are too!!  Meditation and Yoga are critical right now in order to center ourselves, calm down and get present.  We are here to help and we will be offering three classes a day during the week and two on the weekends.
Good news:  We will begin offering live virtual yoga classes starting Monday, March 23th 2020.
We will be using the Zoom platform:
The virtual classroom will open 15 mins prior to class and will remain open 15 minutes after class so we can connect with each other before, and after, we get on our mats.  Come early and stay late so we can all catch up with one another and share stories, inspiration, hope, love and laughter.
